One Community Health - Hood River

One Community Health is a 2-story wood framed medical office building that includes dental services. WDY worked closely with the team at Scott Edwards Architecture to create a structural system that worked around the exam room layout for both floors. Lateral system includes Simpson proprietary moment frames on the south side of the structure.
