WCCCA 911 Operations Center

New communications facility for the Washington County Consolidated Communications Agency (WCCCA). The 911 Operations Center was developed on a nearly 6-acre lot within the City of Hillsboro.

WDY’s Civil team provided site grading utility and stormwater management design. Stormwater management using a combined facility of a vegetated water quality swale at the bottom of a detention pond.
