Tessera Apartments

WDY provided structural engineering services for a remodel of the common spaces at Tessera Apartments in Hillsboro, OR. Structural support framing modifications were provided for the removal of walls and installation of exterior glass walls. This created a more open layout and larger windows and doorway openings.
